24/25 Town of Waxhaw Trash & Recycling Updates:

This a reminder that yard waste pickup is the same day as your waste pickup. Waste Pro will now only pick up yard waste placed in paper bags. These bags can be purchased for a nominal fee at Lowe’s, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and Costco retailers.

Recycling pickup will be every other week, listed as week A or B. Find your neighborhood or street to determine your scheduled recycling pickup week. There is one schedule change to the recycling pickup schedule from last year. Lawson will be split into weeks A and B. Lawson east and south of Cuthbertson Road will be recycling week A. Lawson, north and west of Cuthbertson Road, will recycle in week B.

Waxhaw residents can bulk pickup through Waste Pro weekly for a small fee. Residents can have their bulk items picked up by calling Waste Pro at 980-296-1126. Residents with appliances and grills can call Waxhaw Public Services at 704-843-7439, and will be picked up at no fee.
